Blacknoll Limited is a successful independent Building Contractor trading since November 1996. We have a reputation of quality workmanship on a variety of projects around the U.K. Initially specialising in Public House refurbishments for many different breweries; Young & Co., Spirit Group Limited, Punch Taverns Limited and InnSpired Inns Limited; we have expanded into all types of commercial works i.e. warehouses, factories, hotels etc. We have also become a valued contractor for Dorset County Council maintaining and refurbishing schools, hospitals and municipal buildings. |

Our clients have seen us to be flexible, efficient and helpful whilst adhering to strict project timescales although we are always looking to expand our client base we rate our achievements on gaining clients trust and invitations for further works. Currently employing 30 people, many of whom have over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the building trade, we also have access to a range of specialist contractors with whom we have developed a long and stable working relationship. |

In addition, Blacknoll Limited has in place all the relevant Health, Safety and CDM procedures to conform to current regulations. We have achieved accreditation to the Federation of Master Builders and ConstructionLine amongst others. Independent bodies such as the CHAS scheme and Eurosafe have assessed and accredited Blacknoll’s Health, Safety and CDM procedures (see Health and Safety details). Blacknoll Limited accompanies this with a policy of regular staff training to allow us to continue as a modern building company whilst keeping our traditional values. |
